1. What material are the caps made from?
Our caps are crafted from 100% cotton corduroy fabric, known for its softness and durability, ensuring a comfortable fit and long-lasting quality.
2. What sizes are available?
Our caps come in one universal size, designed to fit most head sizes. They feature a flexible adjustable buckle, allowing for easy customization to ensure a comfortable and secure fit.
3. Can I customize the design (e.g., add my name, private logo) on the cap?
Currently, we offer pre-designed patterns available on our website. However, if you have a need for bulk customization (e.g., for teams, events, or businesses), please contact our support team for detailed consultation on feasibility and pricing.
1. What is the timeframe for returns/refunds?
We accept returns/refunds within 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and you will no longer be eligible to request a return or refund. Please read our Return & Refund for more detailed information.
2. Can I change/cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 8 hours from the time it was placed. After this period, your order may have already entered the processing phase. To request a change or cancellation, please contact us via email at [email protected] for assistance.
3. I haven't received my order, what should I do?
In case your order arrives later than expected, we recommend waiting a few additional days to account for any potential transit delays.
If your order has not been successfully delivered 30 days after the order was placed, you may request a refund or a new order to be re-sent.
If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please first check around your house as it might be hidden somewhere. If you still can't locate it, please contact the shipping company that handled your delivery. 4. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do. For orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, a "delivered" status on the tracking will be considered proof of successful delivery. We do not accept any disputes if the tracking status shows delivered.
5. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
